Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Because each product is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re happy to help! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with the following information:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
Once we receive your request, we’ll work with our supplier to replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Address or Order Info
Please double-check your shipping address and order details before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Refunds
Since all items are custom printed, we do not offer refunds unless the product is defective or never arrives due to an error on our part. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
